Layaway Plans are canceled when the customer does not meet the terms of the Layaway Plan agreement. For instance, if a scheduled payment fails and is not paid during the grace period, the plan can then be canceled at the discretion of the festival.
Layaway Plans can also be cancelled in instances of fraud, or chargebacks.
